The project consisted of 35,000 CY of excavation and embankment, toe wood bank protection, and 3,000 tons of rip rap placement.

With permitting getting held up and a tight deadline for ODOT to meet EPA requirements, the 4 month expected duration was squeezed down to 6 weeks. We were able to complete the project within 6 weeks and finished under budget.

District 8 and Mark Haynes Construction, Inc. worked extremely well together to make the project a success.
