These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the work-related text messaging program operated by Mark Haynes Construction (“we,” “us,” “our”).
Program Description
This program provides work-related, non-marketing text messages to employees and field personnel, including job site updates, schedule changes, safety notices, and timesheet submissions/confirmations.
Opt-In
By providing your mobile number to Mark Haynes Construction or by texting our main number, you consent to receive work-related SMS messages from us. You may also opt in during onboarding after being informed of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on operational needs (typically 1–5 messages per week).

Opt-Out
Text STOP to stop receiving text messages from us. After you send STOP, we may send a final confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. You may re-subscribe at any time by texting START.

You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the phone number provided and that you are authorized to receive messages on that device. You agree to notify us if you change or deactivate your number.
Supported Carriers
Delivery of SMS messages may be subject to the recipient’s wireless carrier. We are not liable for delays or failures in message delivery.
Privacy
Please see our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect and use data. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. No marketing SMS messages are sent under this program.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted at /terms with a new “Last updated” date.
